STATOR PACK-ROTOR ASSEMBLY
Production units for lamination / segment assembly with laser / TIG / plasma welding.
Permanent magnets assembly and insertion.
CONCENTRIC WINDING
Stand-alone machines and fully automatic lines for stators production, completed with all operations such as : pack making, slot insulating, winding & inserting, forming, leads connecting, lacing, testing.
HAIRPIN WINDING
Special equipment for high volume hairpin stators both with square and round wires.
ELECTRICAL TEST
Testing instruments for motors, rotors, generators, transformers electrical test (resistance, surge, rotation, dielectric strength, etc.)
INDUCTION HEATING
Production units for lamination / segment assembly with laser / TIG / plasma welding. Permanent magnets assembly and insertion.
RESIN DISPENSING
Dosing systems for two-component resins, vacuum resin coating.
IMPREGNATION
Equipment and accessories for impregnation with trickling, roll-dip, dipping technologies for electric motor windings.
